Jazmine has over 20 years of expertise in strategic management and company development in the sales, marketing, and finance industries, as well as a strong team management background and a proven track record of strategy, business management, and business success. At the MBA-level, she has outstanding experience building and leading both diverse teams for start-ups and established companies. In addition to her time as an Ernst & Young Consultant, FedEx National Marketing Manager,  Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)  and Department of Labor (DOLE) resource person for SMEs, and Vice President of the Australian Council of Multicultural Entrepreneurs, Jazmine has acquired over 12 years of experience in managing her own portfolio of businesses in Australia.

Yvette Salcedo (Managing Director)

Yvette has over 17 years of experience in various verticals of the BPO industry, with a focus on not only call center operations and process management, but also continuous improvement learning. She has also honed her skills through exposure to process operations in a variety of industries, including financial, sales, information technology, logistics, consumer goods, retail management, telecoms, and others.

Her industry expertise can be attributed to her extensive portfolio including 5 years of valuable experience at a local internet service provider in Ortigas Pasig City, contributory management years for pioneer accounts with Convergys, 24/7, Teledirect, and WNS, vendor management for the Collections of Enterprise and SME accounts for Globe Telecom, Inside Sales Territory Manager for Microsoft Philippines, Business Development for Japanese Firm handling IT solutions, Data Encoding and Transcriptions and BPO services for global and local clients, and Marketing and Communication Management for an Electronic Multinational Company in the Middle East as well as another known Global Logistics Companies in the UAE.
